Just under 13,000 SF, this CMU block building in the heart of Orchards is considered a fixture in the redevelopment of the area. We demolished three structures and created a beautiful strip mall style building with a staggered front, partial clear story and 3,000 SF of office space on the second floor. The exterior is a mixture of split face block, stucco and timber framing. Bunch Construction, Inc currently occupies a portion of the second floor.
