2,500sf Tenant Improvement Phase I. Bunch introduced design of lobby entrance by adding oak glulam support and replacing drywall with dry-stack cultured stone accent wall and desk wrap. These elements were implemented to embellish open wooden stairway incorporated into Phase II of Tenant Improvement. In preparation and for cost effective measures, Bunch added rough-in construction for Phase II 2nd floor. Logo on glass conference room door was gifted to Rose City Nutritional to enhance the transparency of the room. This tenant improvement project is housed within the LaPel Solutions concrete tilt building. Bunch partnered with Rose City Nutritional to streamline their construction concerns and meet their very strict timeline.
