This exciting project consists of a 113,000 sqft three-story, self-storage facility and associated site improvements. Prior to building construction, a 45’ long x 30’ tall soldier pile wall was constructed in the hillside to allow for a level building pad. Due to the success of previous projects, this is the 3rd self-storage project Bunch has contracted with the client.
